I help male executives over 40 unlock a lean, athletic physique and supercharge their metabolism for easy fat loss despite hectic work schedules.

As a 6-time national representative athlete, a certified performance nutrition coach, and a certified personal trainer, I’ve helped nearly 100 clients transform their bodies and overall health within the confines of their time constraints.

I’ve helped them lose body fat, transform their sleep quality, improve important biometrics like blood pressure and cholesterol, and improve their strength, stamina, and flexibility.

With an MSc and BSc degree under my belt, I have a strong background in research, and my entire approach is science-backed.

My mission is to make health simple and accessible. Too many people are living below their potential, and I'm here to change that.
